Second meeting: after carefully assessing the initially gathered information, analyzing the situation and effectively setting the targets, we develop “Massive Action Plan” and we present it to our Clients. You will get a clear idea what needs to be done, how long will it take, what tools need to be used and everything else that will help you reach your goals. During this meeting we present the calculation as well. Training: after we develop a plan and schedule for the training sessions we start our actual work. We can work with you face-to-face or through other communication channels just to make the process more convenient for you (learn more).

  • Face to Face – this format is good for a group of maximum 5 people that are related to each other – Owner and Top Management, Shareholders, Team or Division from one company.
  • Training – suitable for 5 to 20 people, members of the same organization – a team, members of different teams and divisions, people chosen from the Owner.
  • Seminar – for more than 20 people – suitable for Employees from one Organization, Employees from different organizations but from the same industrial sector, etc. This format is suitable for lectures in Universities and/or schools as well as for big private or state units.
